Listed below are our hours of operation at BRdata. If you require service outside these hours, please contact BRdata Management ahead of time so they can arrange for additional support for you. You can also contact the Emergency Support numbers during their hours to arrange for additional support.
Normal Business Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST Full Support Staff
Monday to Friday: 8am – 9am EST / 5:30pm – 6:00pm EST Limited Emergency Support Staff
The firstname.lastname@example.org email is monitored during Normal Business Hours, but if you have an emergency or need immediate assistance outside the Normal Business Hours, then please contact our After Hours Support. When emailing to email@example.com, you should receive a confirmation of receipt via email along with an associated service order number for your support request.
After Hours – Emergency Support
Monday to Friday: 6pm – 10pm EST
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 8am – 6pm EST
During After Hours support, we have an answering service that will contact one of our technicians from our After Hours staff. After you leave your information, you will be contacted by a technician that can further assist you.
