What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register for an account through our apps. When registering for an account, we collect all supplied information from you to be shared with the client we have created the app on behalf of. You may, however, use the app anonymously using many of the features which do not require log in or any account creation.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience by showing relevant information in app based on account details supplied.
- To improve the apps themselves by giving us a glimpse into the users of the apps and what features are most relevant to them.
How do we protect your information?
All our data is stored securely and appropriately. We implement a variety of security measures to ensure your personal information remains safe and secure, including transmission of data via HTTPS.
Certain app features may request specific permissions during runtime. You have the right to grant or deny these permissions as you see fit. Below details how these permissions are used by the app:
- Camera: The camera feature is utilized for scanning of barcodes, whether it be product barcodes or loyalty car barcodes. We do not store these images and only use the data gathered from the scanning process.
- Device Storage: We access device storage for the purposes of storing media to cut down on redundant downloads. We do not access or modify any files that are not expressly related to Connect.
