Celebrating its 16th conference this year, BRdata World is the culmination of BRdata’s decades of software innovation, setting a meeting point for the independent grocery industry in beautiful Long Island, New York. Grocery retailers, wholesalers, service providers, and technology partners come together in an uplifting setting to start a dialogue, share best practices, and make lasting connections.
Attendees are immersed in a learning environment that offers sessions on the fundamentals to cloud specific solutions to our latest innovation, BRdata Ada—there is something for both the new BRdata user and the seasoned executive to bring back home and implement in their organization. As we look back on the achievements of this year’s conference, we hope for past attendees to be motivated to return and for new faces to be encouraged to join us next year at BRdata World 2026—September 27th to October 1st.

As a first timer, I can honestly say I was blown away by the conference overall. We've all attended numerous conferences and walked away none the wiser. This was definitely not the case, at least for me. The overall effort to make everyone in the room feel part of the process was incredible. From an educational standpoint, it was overwhelming, but in the best way possible. The information was broken down into manageable chunks, and the diversity in the types of classes and roundtables provided a good balance between being taught and being a teacher.

BRdata’s team did an excellent job organizing and implementing the conference. The breakout session we did was great, and having that direct interaction with retailers in a separate meeting room was an extremely valuable usage of time.
