BRdata Cloud Loss Prevention

As we continue onboarding new retail grocery chains to BRdata Cloud, we are noticing that many of them are utilizing the loss prevention reporting features. In this application, users can quickly track centralized summaries or detailed voids and returns, with the ability to drill-down to the specific transactions by store and cashier. We have also noticed that many BRdata users have been capturing item shrink in their stores via our handheld applications.  Look for a cloud update in the near future in which these types of transactions will be added to the loss prevention and sales reporting. Another new customer request that we are currently developing is an hourly tender report that will identify the different types of tenders per hour.  In addition to the standard media transactions, it will also provide information on checks, coupons redeemed, returns, and overrides. These are only a few examples of how cloud reporting is rapidly expanding as we continue to provide updates to the BRdata Cloud every two weeks.

Please contact if you are interested in a BRdata Cloud demo or if you are an existing cloud user who would like to learn more about these features.

We hope to see you if you’re traveling to New York City in January for the annual NRF show. Please stop by and visit us at booth 1871, located on the main floor.

As always, thank you for choosing BRdata for your retail technology needs and for your support. We wish you and yours a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
